REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

No Refunds Policy
Smilevolve AI (“Smilevolve”) operates on a no-refunds basis for all memberships and payments made. By signing up for and using Smilevolve’s platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Membership and Billing

  • Monthly Memberships Only: Smilevolve does not require contracts, allowing you to use our platform on a month-to-month basis. This means you have the flexibility to stop your membership at any time without being tied to long-term commitments.

  • Billing and Membership Termination: If you choose to cancel your membership, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period for which you’ve already paid. The membership will automatically end at the conclusion of the paid month, and no further charges will be made.

Important Points

  • No Partial Refunds or Prorated Fees: Because Smilevolve offers flexible monthly memberships without contracts, we do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits if you cancel before the end of your billing period.

  • Changes to the Refund Policy: Smilevolve reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
